Home > Networks > Index > Automatic Networks

Back to Automatic Networks

These pages give details of the automatic monitoring sites that are or have been operated on behalf of the Department of the Environment Transport and the Regions in the UK. The information is divided up by region of the UK, with the sites arranged alphabetically within the page for each region.

Clicking on the buttons below will take you to the table for that region. The tables themselves are interlinked by a similar set of buttons.

London Midlands NE England N Ireland NW England
Scotland SW England SW England Wales E Anglia

The information consists of the name of the site, what type of location it is in, its Ordnance Survey grid reference, the altitude of the site and what species are measured there. This is followed by the dates when monitoring started and ended and a description of the site's location.
