Rachel Yardley is a PRINCE2-qualified project manager with seven years working in the environmental sector. Rachel has experience managing high value and complex projects including several large national air quality monitoring networks, employing up to 30 consultants and associates. Rachel has a background in environmental chemistry, specialising in air quality measurements, and in 2008 completed a short secondment to Defra’s Air Quality and Industrial Pollution Programme. As a manager Rachel has a strong focus on quality, communication and customer satisfaction, with a proven track record of delivering work packages on time and on budget.

Justin Brock has significant management experience on a number of time dependent projects and programmes and is Prince2 practioner qualified. He has managed the Carbon Trust's Applied Research programme, managing a team to make informed investment decisions on new low carbon technology projects and supervising the successful projects throughout their lifetime. Justin also managed the Carbon Trusts Technical Support Services Contract, involving the management of a number of tasks including consultation with product manufacturers and technical experts. He also manages the Energy Using Product study for the European Commission and is a key facilitator for DEFRA's Climate Change Agreements programme providing technical and analytical support, particularly in the area of general policy.

Adrian Cole is the Delivery Manager responsible for the effective performance of AEA’s projects in the Resource Efficiency practice area. He is responsible for ensuring that the projects achieve their goals for quality, costs and timely completion.
Adrian is also a skilled Project Director and programme manager with over 15 years' experience of managing large projects and programmes. He is the Programme Manager responsible for the delivery of Envirowise, a multimillion/yr Government programme.

Scott Hanchett is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and project manager with 5 years experience in successfully designing, managing and delivering function rich web application solutions for AEA Government clients. Scott is results driven and develops excellent client relationships whilst leading cross-functional project initiatives, with a high level of effectiveness and success. Notable successes include systems for the Building Regulations Programme for DCLG, Digital UK Licence and renewals web application and the Sciencewise Expert Resource Centre web application for BIS.
Scott most recently delivered a high profile web application for the Environment Agency in relation to the Emissions Trading Scheme for Aviation. The programme itself has had wide media coverage and the system is currently in use by 800+ Airline operators who are required under legislation to submit their Annual Emission Plans.
