In my role I…

I am a people manager for nearly 70 people. Some are consultants, mainly working in waste and resource efficiency. Others manage projects in most areas of expertise in AEA, including climate change, energy, air, and knowledge transfer. They work in all AEA’s UK bases (Oxfordshire, Cardiff, Glengarnock, Cheshire and London) and I enjoy travelling to meet them in their own offices. I am fascinated by the knowledge and experience of AEA people and I learn more about their work each day.
I work with managers and the people themselves to communicate and bring about change. I help develop people’s careers to benefit both the people and AEA.
