Digital UK

Digital UK is an independent, non-profit organisation which provides impartial information on what people need to do to prepare for the move to digital TV, and when they need to do it.

The Digital Logo Scheme registration system is for retailers, manufacturers, installers, industry associations and service providers.

Issue

Create a web-based system that enabled retailers, manufacturers, installers and industry associations to apply for promotional and equipment licences online, ensuring the provision of a consistent and widely available service to all involved.

Results

Significant cost savings made for Digital UK due to the reduction in administrative costs owing to IT system implemented. Streamlined application process contributing to increased efficiency and training and assessment modules incorporated.
